http://youtu.be/wzVwxoEKmaw Here's to a very simple video of how I personally like preparing steak, I recently saw a video of Jamie Oliver's "Cutting Board sauce" which involves chopping up herbs with garlic and salt and then settling the steak on it to absorb all the beautiful flavours as it sits, and well it has stuck since then.
The cut used here is an Australian angus Ribeye, and the mushrooms are simple brown mushrooms. When the steak is resting on the parsley, garlic, and salt, do add a tiny knob of butter to melt on top and add just a tad more succulence!
A little steak does no harm! Or does it?
