Recipe of the day! Date & Almond pancakes 🍴nutritious & delicious ❤

To make, in a big bowl mix 25g melted butter & add 3 tablespoons sugar, add the egg + drizzle vanilla & mix. Then add 1 cup flour (all purpose or whole wheat) + 1 tablespoon baking powder, pinch salt, & pinch cinnamon. Add 1 cup milk & mix really well. Finally stir in a handful of chopped dates & handful of flaked almonds. Cook each pancake in a saucepan sprayed with oil on medium high heat flipping to cook on both sides , + spray oil between cooking on the saucepan)
(Makes 6-7 medium/large pancakes)
When done, stack pancakes on top of each other in a plate, & drizzle date molasses (دبس التمر) on top + flaked almonds for garnish, Bon Appetit ❤🔪
