Method:

 

Preheat the oven on 175C.

For the brownie, cream the butter with the sugar until fluffy, then drizzle in the vanilla and eggs one at a time, making sugar each egg gets mixed well before adding the second one. Follow with all the dry ingredients and mix on low while drizzling in the milk, mix until just combined. And finally pour in the melted chocolate and mix until also just combined.

 

For the Cheesecake mixture, in a bowl, vigorously mix the cream cheese until creamy, add the sugar and mix again until its incorporated well, then add the vanilla and follow with the egg, mixing well.

 

To assemble: Line a square brownie pan with parchment paper and pour in the brownie mixture and spread in an even layer. Follow with the cream cheese and do the same thing. Finally, simply drop teaspoonfuls of raspberry jam all over the cream cheese layer and then use a toothpick to create swirls.

Place in the oven and bake for about an hour, once done, remove and allow to cool on a rack, then allow to chill in a refrigerator for several hours before slicing and digging in!
