Nutella and Rice Krispies make a killer combo. Full stop.
Whether it is a spoon dipped in nutella then dipped in a jar of rice krispies or anything alike.
Being so good I thought about making rice Krispies out of the combo but ended up with making up barks. I prefer the bark; I now have a container filled with them placed in the kitchen for anyone to entertain himself or herself with whenever they enter the kitchen (Or when they sneak into the kitchen for a late night snack, yeah I see you guys!).
You can do these with your eyes closed guys, that easy, and so damn yummy.
-1 tablespoon butter
-4 cups rice Krispies
-1 cup Nutella
-A sprinkle of coarse sea salt
In a food processor, pulse half the rice krispies until they resemble small crumbs.
Get a deep pan and place it on the stove and heat on high. When its warm add the butter and allow it to melt then add the Nutella and remove from the heat and stir until it softens.
Sprinkle a little of salt and stir, then add the rice krispies and return to the heat and stir until they are well coated with the chocolate.
Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and gallop the mixture on top. Use athe back of a spoon to spread out the mixture as much as you can and place in the freezer for a couple of hours. Remove from the freezer and break into barks using your hands.
Place in an airtight container and get ready to munch on these babies!
