Im so happy to say that khaleejesque has officially distributed its first print magazine ever! And I’m even happier to be part of it! A collection of my recipes are available in the magazine ranging from a starter, main course, vegetarian dish, and of course..Dessert!
For a starter it was the Zaatar (Thyme) Potato chips, the vegetarian dish was the Halloumi and mint Pesto pizza, the Main Course was the Kofta sandwiche, and to end it all a chocolatey Fondant molten cake.
I really hope you guys get your hands on a copy and give it a look, and hopefully try the recipes :)
The magazine will hopefully be available through MagCloud for people not in the Kuwait.
