Granola sticks with strokes of asphyxiating chocolate.


- About 2 cups of rolled oats

-1/2 cup of coconut shreds

-1/2 cup of honey (I drizzled a few drops more)

-1/4 cup of almonds

-1/2 cup of walnuts

-3 table spoons of olive oil

-1 tablespoon of flax seed

-1 small bar of 85% dark chocolate (I used lindl 85% dark chocolate)


Combine the oats and coconut then add the olive oil. Add the nuts and flax seeds then drizzle the honey and mix.

Press well in a baking sheet covered pan and bake at 175 C for 20 minutes. Allow to cool then cut into sticks. 

Melt the chocolate in a microwave then drizzle and stroke the sticks with the chocolate.

Allow to set then consume.
