Im finally cooking salty food. I always cook desserts and ignore the salted foods thinking that they are extremely difficult. But it turns out its actually not that hard!
Coming back from school, i invest my spare time eating numerous bites out of the foods laid front of me and end up eating a whole load of un-nutritious food. Im finally trying to change that habit and cooking proper meals that will actually keep me full!
So yesterday, i made a yummy chicken breast bake that did indeed fill my stomach.
I simply drowned them in a bowl of egg wash (Eggs and milk) then laid them onto a plate of bread crumbs, parmesan, and a whole load of seasonings and fresh herbs. 40-45 minutes in the oven and they were ready to be eaten!
